Our Mission:

Community

We foster a welcoming community of knitting enthusiasts in Hampton Roads by sharing skills, promoting creativity, and supporting charitable projects.

 
 

Join us for a meeting! We meet the 1st Monday of the Month (even holidays!) at Emmanuel Lutheran Church 3900 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Social knitting starts at 6:30 p.m. and we kick off the meeting at 7.

You don't have to be a guild member to come to a meeting!  We happily welcome guests to guild meetings. There you’ll find a supportive group of knitters (and some crocheters or those who dabble in both!) from all walks of life!  Non members may attend two guild meetings to get acquainted with the group and decide whether they would like to join.  Guests even get a free raffle ticket! We welcome all skill levels, so come on! Bring your latest project and join us!

The Guild’s mission is to foster a vibrant community of knitters dedicated to the art and craft of knitting. We strive to facilitate education and communication, enhancing the quality of workmanship and inspiring creativity in every knitting endeavor. Through workshops, gatherings, and collaborative projects, we aim to support knitters of all skill levels, encouraging the sharing of knowledge, techniques, and passion for knitting. Together, we create a welcoming environment where artistry and craftsmanship flourish.
